The Elections Commission of the Maldives (ECM) is open to complaints regarding their final voter’s list for the upcoming parliamentary election.
ECM said in a tweet on Tuesday that they will be receiving complaints until 21st March, at 3:00pm; the commission released their final list this week.
The list is divided into constituencies and registered voters are named along with their national identification numbers and permanent addresses.
264,589 people are eligible to vote in April’s People’s Majlis election, 2,336 people more in comparison to the presidential elections held in 2018.
Voting is set for April 6th.
