Upon the conclusion of the Maldives delegation’s visit to Berlin, Germany, Vice President Faisal Naseem has returned to Malé.
VP Naseem left to Berlin on the 4th of March to attend the Internationale Tourismus-Börse (ITB) Fair held annually.
ITB Fair, held from 6th to 10th March, opened the opportunity for industry partners to meet and associate and was joined by 10,000 exhibitors from over 180 countries including leaders of the travel industry and all the innovative services and products offered in the industry.
At the sidelines of the Fair, VP Naseem was called on by Minister of Tourism of Sri Lanka John A. E. Amaratunga.
The Maldives delegation, led by VP Naseem also attended the “Maldivian Night”, held at the Grant Hyatt Berlin for the Maldives’ representatives at the ITB fair.
Following the conclusion of the ITB Fair, VP Naseem had visited the University of Jyväskylä of Finland where he took a tour of the University.
