Local construction surveying company, Foresight Surveyors, has signed an agreement to be the official distributor for GeoMax products in the Maldives. 

GeoMax, a global brand in surveying software and tools, has been an anticipated name in the Maldivian construction industry and its availability will have an immense impact, Foresight Surveyors Managing Director Ahmed Nuvaim said. 

Director Nuvaim said this at a conference on Wednesday, attended by Minister of National Planning and Infrastructure, Mohamed Aslam. 

The construction sector contributes significantly to the national economy.

GeoMax is one of over 25 brands owned by Hexagon AB, a technology group headquartered in Sweden.
