President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih has formed a “Secretariat for Privatization and Corporatization Board (PBC)” and a “Secretariat for National Pay Commission”.

Formed on Tuesday, the two secretariats are under the management of Ministry of Finance.

Secretariat for PCB was formed under section 17 b of Law no. 3/2013 of the Privatization, corporatization, monitoring and Evaluation of Government businesses act.

The Secretariat for Pay Commission was formed on Tuesday under section under section 13 of Law No.11/2016 of the National Pay Policy Act.
