The government has opened the opportunity for interested individuals to submit membership applications for the Elections Commission.
The President’s Office revealed that they had opened a window for application submissions from 13th to 20th February.
Forms will be available for download through the President’s Office website and at their front desk.
The membership opportunity follows the end of current member Ismail Habeeb’s term, in March.
There are five members in the commission. Current members are commissioner Ahmed Shareef, Vice President Amjad Mustafa, members Ismail Habeeb, Ahmed Akram and Ali Nashaath.
