Maldives Vice President Faisal Naseem has on Monday travelled to Himmafushi island in Male’ atoll.

During his visit, VP Naseem had toured Himmafushi School as well as the island’s Health Centre.

The Vice President also met with members of the island’s council.

In addition, VP Naseem also visited the Himmafushi Drug Treatment and Rehabilitation Centre where he met with employees to inquire about the current situation of the institutes.

He also asked about the challenges being faced in carrying out the mandates of the institutes during his visit to the island.
