Maldives National Defence Force (MNDF)’s largest ship Huravee has returned to Maldives after a refit.
Heavy repair and maintenance work have been done on Huravee after it was taken to India in July.
Huravee’s hull, tank, and keel have been refitted and pressure-tested and the ship has undergone a final paint scheme. Its systems and equipment have also been upgraded.
Officers of MNDF’s Coast Guard and the Indian Navy participated in the refitting process.
