Waste Management Corporation (WAMCO) has revealed that the company is receiving massive support for its Call And Pickup Service (CAPS).

While the company has introduced a safe way for waste disposal, WAMCO continues to introduce efficient services to dispose off waste such as the Call and Pickup Service in early 2018.

Aishath Ajfan WAMCO’s Marketing and Public Relations Officer, speaking about the service stated that with the introduction of CAPSlite, citizens may now throw single bulky waste at a lower price.

As such, while the service provides to dispose of 350 kgs of waste at a price of MVR 250, it provides to dispose off 1.5 tons of waste for MVR 550. Ajfan further revealed that four tons of waste comes with a price of MVR 950.

CAPSlite provides waste disposal services at MVR 25, for daily waste disposals.

Ajfan stated that while those who require the service are increasing in number, the services have gained tremendous support since its introduction.
