Police launch search for three in connection to Civil Court cases
All three are wanted regarding cases filed at the Civil Court
Wanted are a 36-year-old, a 46-year-old and a 58-year-old
All three are to be presented to court on the 29th of October

Maldives Police Service have issued a search for three individuals wanted in connection to cases filed at the Civil Court.

Police have been ordered to locate Imthiyaz Ibrahim, 36, native to Thaa Vilufushi, Hussain Rafeeu, 58, registered in Male’ and Mohamed Moosa, 46, native to Seenu Maradhoo.

Imthiyaz is being located in regards to a debt settlement case filed at the Civil Court, and he is to be kept in police custody until his scheduled court summon at 10:00 a.m on Monday.

Rafeeu is being located following a sentence issued by the Civil Court, and he is to be kept in police custody until his scheduled court summon at 10:35 a.m on Monday.

Moosa is being located following similar accusations as that of Rafeeu, and is to be kept in police custody until his scheduled court summon at 10:10 a.m on Monday.

Police has appealed on the general public to come forward with any information on the three, and contact it’s custodial department through 9991442, if any information on the three, is attained.
