RaajjeTV awarded for contributing to mental health awareness

Maldives Institute for Psychological Services has awarded RaajjeTV for its contributions to mental health awareness.

The institute’s founder Dr. Aishath Ali Naaz awarded a commemorative plaque to RaajjeTV at a ceremony at the TV station on Saturday, which was received by RaajjeTV COO Hussain Fiyaz Moosa.

Speaking at the ceremony, Dr. Naaz said that RaajjeTV has been raising awareness on mental illness and mental health through its TV shows, including one featuring her.

Dr. Naaz said that she has personally received great feedback from viewers who say they have gained more knowledge on helping people with mental illness.

COO Fiyaz said that RaajjeTV’s programmes are designed to educate the public and that they will continue to make TV shows about mental health with Dr. Naaz.
