Opposition running mate pledges to solve land issue in Hirilandhoo

Joint Opposition vice-presidential candidate Faisal Naseem has pledged to solve the issue of lack of land in Th. Hirilandhoo.

Speaking at a campaign event in Hirilandhoo on Monday, Faisal said that a government led by the opposition coalition will make more land available to the island residents.

At the event, Faisal also said that the education of the youth is crucial for the development of the nation and pledged to solve the difficulties faced by Hirilandhoo school students by developing the school building.

Faisal received a warm welcome upon his arrival to Hirilandhoo during his three-day trip to thaa atoll.
