Judge Rasheed requests transfer to Civil Court
He will work at Civil Court's dispute resolution stage

Criminal Court judge Ahmed Rasheed has been transferred to the Civil Court.
RaajjeMV understands that Rasheed made the transfer request, and will oversee cases at the Civil Court from Thursday onward.
Rasheed had been under suspension for nearly a year over a ‘disciplinary issue’ which has not been disclosed. Judicial Service Commission (JSC) lifted his suspension last week, following a failed investigation.
He was appointed to the Criminal Court in mid-February 2015.
