A Hulhumale’ woman who had gone missing on Thursday afternoon has returned to her home.

Fathimath Fazeela Rasheed is married with five children and is being treated for mental illness.

Her family said she returned home on Friday afternoon, 26 hours after going missing. The family said they are trying to clarify where she had been.

Her husband, Gasim Hassan, told RaajjeMV that her family lives in Male’ and so Fazeela frequently travels between islands.

The husband said that cameras at the Hulhumale’ ferry terminal show that she had got on the ferry bound for Male’ at 12:40pm.

Her family said that she had gone missing three times before but this the longest she has remained missing.
