Maldives receives opportunity to join SAARC film festival 2018

South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC) has opened the opportunity for the Maldives to submit candidates for SAARC film festival 2018.
The film festival is to be held in Sri Lanka from May 22 to 27.
National Center for the Arts (NCA) stated that the Maldives has received the opportunity to submit two short film and two feature films.
Four members of the films, including directors and artists, will receive invitations for the film festival. Accommodations and transportation will be handled by the event organizers, but not international air fare.
Those interested in submitting their work should send in their application form to NCA before April 18, Wednesday.
