Did Bieber have a photo-free getaway in the Maldives?

It was reported that Justin Bieber had arrived in the Maldives last week
Earlier in May, it was reported the Canadian pop star Justin Bieber, 23, had arrived in the Maldives, for a quick break after his concert in India.
As part of his “Purpose the Stadium Tour”, Bieber performed in D.Y Patil Stadium in Navi Mumbai, India on May 11, where thousands of his fans had camped for three days to catch his performance.
While he is to have “enthralled” India during his first ever performance there, Bieber is reported to have traveled to the Maldives on May 12.
According to online news outlet ‘Maldives Insider’, Bieber had landed around 1 am on May 12, hours after finishing the concert.

He is to have taken a private flight to Velana International Airport, from where he took a chartered flight to the domestic airport in Dharavandhoo Island of Baa atoll. Insider reported that he had stayed at an international hotel chain in southern Baa atoll. He is to have traveled to South Africa from Maldives, where he had scheduled performances in Johannesburg and Cape Town.
The media outlet reported that Bieber had decided to come to the Maldives “as Mumbai’s heat and humidity proved too much” for him, and that his team had said that Bieber “had decided to do a number of unplanned activities after arriving in India”.
While local media outlets have also carried the story, the question remains whether Bieber was finally able to have a normal vacation, minus being recognized and the constant request for selfies?
Since gaining popularity at the mere age of 13, Bieber has said that he has not been able to travel anywhere without being recognized; and had been making the headlines over the years, with paparazzi catching his every move.
However, Bieber was able to travel to and out of Maldives without a single photo making it to the web. The country, with hundreds of islands scattered over the Indian Ocean, is known to be quite private and secluded, and a favorite amongst the celebrities for this reason.
However, when football star Christiano Ronaldo arrived in the Maldives in 2011, for a secret vacation with his then-girlfriend Irina Shayk, photos of them soaking in the sun were plastered all over the internet.
Since then, very few celebrities have been able to travel here without being noticed, especially not someone as big as the Biebs!
He is yet to share any photos from his time in the Maldives with his 87 million followers on Instragram.
