RaajjeTV has signed agreements to air more entertainment shows during Ramadan 2018.

The TV station signed agreements with two different productions on Tuesday night; actor, producer and director Seezan Ali’s ‘S Productions’ and ‘Old is Gold’.

‘S Productions’ is to create a mini-series ‘Mi Raajje’, which is to air a total of five episodes during Ramadan, an episode per week. 

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Seezan said that the series will ‘look into the various hardships faced by the people of Maldives’, while RaajjeTV’s chief operating officer Hussain Fiyaz Moosa said that the hope is to find solutions for the various issues highlighted in the series.

At a separate ceremony on Tuesday night, COO Fiyaz and Old is Gold’s Abdulla Rameez signed an agreement to air live shows during Ramadan.

Consisting of music industry veterans, different artists from the band are to take centre stage during these music shows, focusing on local music from the olden days.

Noting that RaajjeTV still working to bring in more such content, COO Fiyaz highlighted that the programme guide for Ramadan ‘looks impeccable’.
