Police have issued a search for an individual regarding a theft case being investigated by AA Rasdhoo Police Station.

Wanted in the theft case is Sameena Ibrahim, 24, native to Th Gaadhiffushi island.

Police have requested the public to come forth if any information on the female suspect is attained and to contact Rasdhoo Police Station through their hotline 9791394.

Police say that the suspect is wanted regarding a robbery using a credit card, but no details were shared regarding the investigation.

Numerous credit card theft cases and phone calls in the name of companies where anonymous people ask for bank account numbers have surfaced, and the police service continues to urge the public to be wary of fraud phone calls.
