Ooredoo Maldives has showcased its digital customer experience solutions at the Mobile World Congress in Spain.
Ooredoo also revealed upgrades to its digital customer experience solutions including Magey Plan and Ooredoo Next to be made available in March 2018.
Ooredoo Next is supported by a real-time API platform featuring artificial intelligence and machine learning and allows mobile users to easily engage with Ooredoo on social media.
Version 2 of Magey Plan will be available with new features such as customers giving Ooredoo add-ons to friends and family and enter a specific budget and will be provided with details of the best available plan based on the available amount.
Ooredoo Maldives CEO Najib Khan said facilitating digital experiences is particularly important in the Maldives, where physical access to customers is limited due to the unique geographical dispersion of local communities.
