Furthermore, the statement reveals that he received MVR 599,961 in salary over the past year during his tenure as a Member of Parliament.

Regarding Abdul Raheem’s sources of income, his financial statement indicates that he earns a substantial revenue through private business ventures. Specifically, the disclosure notes that he received MVR 480,000 in income from the chartering of a cargo vessel named "Arafaa."
