Dhathuru Veriya is preparing to launch first-ever direct flights from Addu City to Jeddah!

In a joint initiative between Maldivian and Dhathuru Veriya, the first flight is scheduled to depart on July 12, according to information provided by Dhathuru Veriya.

Dhathuru Veriya has begun preparations to launch the first-ever direct flights between Addu City and Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

The upcoming flights are scheduled to operate directly from Addu to Jeddah, marking the first time direct service to Jeddah has been established from a Maldivian region other than Hulhulé.

A collaborative initiative between Maldivian and the travel agency Dhathuru Veriya the service is set to launch its inaugural flight on July 12, according to information provided by the agency.

Passengers traveling on direct flights from Addu to Jeddah will be permitted a baggage allowance of 46 kilograms.

As preparations for the Umrah pilgrimage get underway, Dhathuru Veriya is currently conducting door-to-door deliveries of Umrah kits to all pilgrims. Among the premium services offered to its clients, Dhathuru Veriya provides door-to-door luggage collection for pilgrims departing from Addu City and offers the opportunity to perform Umrah five times during the trip.

In addition, numerous online sessions are being conducted to raise awareness among pilgrims regarding the rituals of Umrah. Furthermore, a platform has been established for individuals to seek clarification and receive answers to any questions they may have concerning the pilgrimage.

Furthermore, Maldivian, in collaboration with Dhathuru Veriya, has opened bookings for travel scheduled for July and December this year, as well as for the upcoming month of Ramadan next year. Travelers can now secure their bookings by registering through the ttumurah.com portal.

While a passenger office is currently operational in Maradhoo, Addu City, preparations are underway to open a similar branch in Hithadhoo shortly. Individuals seeking further information regarding these travel services may contact the dedicated hotline at 1510.
