According to reports, the child climbed into a buggy that had been left with the keys in the ignition and began driving it. Losing control of the vehicle, the child drove into the harbor. It is understood that during the plunge, the child was thrown from the buggy and sustained injuries after striking their head against a nearby Dhoni.
