Two Indian youths arrested in possession of 6.7 kilograms of hashish oil
The court has remanded two suspects, aged 19 and 21, for six days following their arrest in connection with the discovery of illicit substances concealed within bottles in their luggage, while police continue their investigation into the matter.

Two Indian youths have been arrested at Velana International Airport on suspicion of attempting to smuggle a large quantity of narcotics into the Maldives.
The two individuals were found in possession of hashish oil, with the items discovered in their luggage weighing a total of 6.7 kilograms according to preliminary measurements.
Two Indian nationals have been arrested on suspicion of smuggling narcotics into the country. The suspects have been identified as Kathirvil Manimaran, 21, and Dhanushkandan Gopal, 19. The arrests were made at the airport after Customs officers discovered the illicit substances during a search of the suspects' luggage.
According to the police, a search of the suspects' luggage uncovered several suspicious bottles. Upon forensic analysis, the contents of these bottles tested positive for hashish oil.
Following forensic analysis confirming the substances as narcotics, both individuals have been taken into custody.
The two individuals arrested in connection with this case have been remanded in custody for six days following their appearance in court. Police stated that they are further investigating the attempted smuggling of narcotics into the Maldives.
