Opportunities open to apply for 'Rani Award 2025'

The Women's Development Committee of Malé City has opened applications for the Rani Award 2025, an award aimed at recognizing women from all wards of Malé who have achieved success through their own efforts across various sectors.
The Malé City Council issued an announcement in the gazette on Sunday, providing links to the application form and award regulations, which can also be downloaded from the council’s website.
Application forms will also be available in person at the Women's Development Committee office on the fourth floor of MWSC for those who prefer to apply directly.
According to the announcement, forms will be issued and accepted on government working days from 8:30am to 1:30pm.
The deadline for submissions is November 25, at 1:30pm. The Rani Award was first introduced by the Malé City Women’s Development Committee in 2023.
