Bank of Maldives (BML) has officially inaugurated a new branch in Nolhivaranfaru island of Haa Dhaal atoll, reaffirming its commitment to expanding accessible and inclusive banking services across the country.
The new branch, which also includes a Self-Service Banking ATM Center, will offer a full range of in-person banking services with a focus on BML’s “Islamic finance first” policy for both individual and business customers.

The inauguration ceremony, held on the island on Tuesday, was attended by President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu, members of his Cabinet of Ministers, BML Chairperson Ahmed Ali Habeeb, CEO and Managing Director Mohamed Shareef, along with other senior officials from the Bank.
Speaking at the event, CEO and Managing Director Mohamed Shareef expressed immense pride in launching their new branch.
