A case of vandalism to a clinic, and a case of theft from a shop in Hulhumalé has been filed at the Maldives Police Service (MPS).

The police institution revealed that they received two cases; one case of theft at a shop in front of Hulhumalé Hospital and another case of vandalism at ‘My Dentist Clinic’.

The cases were reported to authorities at around 09:26am on Wednesday.

Findings so far indicate that a mobile phone and cash were stolen from the shop in the capital city’s suburban extension.

So far, no arrests have been made in connection with the cases.

However, further investigations are currently underway in connection with both cases.
