Pres. grateful for Saudi Fund for Development’s continuous support

President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu has extended gratitude for the continued support and assistance provided by the Saudi Fund for Development, for the prosperity and progress of Maldives.

This was done during a courtesy call Chief Executive Officer of the Saudi Fund for Development Sultan bin Abdul Rahman Al-Marshad paid on the Maldivian leader on Thursday afternoon.

The meeting saw the Maldivian president expressing gratitude for the kind hospitality extended to him and his delegation during his recent Umrah trip to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Discussions revolved around efforts to expand the existing relationship between the two countries and the ongoing initiatives in the Maldives, under the aid of the Saudi Fund.

The Saudi Fund for Development’s CEO extended appreciation for the warm welcome and assured that he remains committed to continue his support for the Maldives.

Further, he expressed keen interest to collaborate and further strengthen bilateral relations.
