Minister of Foreign Affairs Moosa Zameer is in Saudi Arabia on an official visit.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs revealed that the foreign minister departed to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on an official visit, on Saturday.
His visit is to attend the World Economic Forum Special Meeting on Global Collaboration, Growth and Energy for Development.
The Maldivian minister will also be participating in high-level events and sessions throughout the conference which are aimed at forging partnerships to foster global collaboration.
Further, he will be engaging with counterparts and leaders from other governments, heads of international organizations, business leaders and academia.
The World Economic Forum Special Meeting on Global Collaboration, Growth and Energy for Development is organized by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the World Economic Forum jointly.
It will bring more than 700 leaders from all sectors together to engage in meaningful dialogue, to address shared global challenges.
