A search party has been launched for a woman from Dhaandhoo island of Gaaf Alif atoll.
The Maldives Police Service (MPS) received reports of the missing person at around 10:55pm on April 8.

She went missing in the capital Malé City.
The police institution cited her family revealed that Shaziyya resides in Malé and that they had not heard from her for three weeks.
Authorities have urged the public to reach out to them on their hotline 3322111 or Hulhumalé Phase II police station through 3035336 if any information on the whereabouts of the missing person is attained.
