Maldives Police Service (MPS) has launched a manhunt for an individual wanted in connection with an ongoing probe.

The police institution revealed that the man is wanted in connection with a case of fraud, lodged at the police institution.

The publication was made as the authorities’ efforts to identify the suspect, or locate him, have been to no avail so far.

The public has been urged to reach out to the Hulhumalé Phase I Investigation desk through 9980062 if any information regarding the suspect’s identity or whereabouts, is attained.

MPS took the opportunity to express gratitude for the immense support and assistance extended by the public in such cases.
