The first couple has concluded their unofficial visit to Singapore.

President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu and First Lady Sajidha Mohamed departed to Singapore on the unofficial visit, from Velana International Airport (VIA), on March 21.

They concluded their visit and returned home on March 23.

Details regarding the first couple’s Singapore visit were not disclosed by the President’s Office.

Ahead of the fasting month of Ramadan, Muizzu conducted trips to several islands across outlying atolls and engaged in discussions with the island residents as well as island and atoll councils.

The president earlier conducted an unofficial visit to Singapore on October 30, as the president-elect.
