The Maldivian leader has conveyed greetings on the occasion of Cuba’s Anniversary of the Revolution of 1959.

President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu sent messages to the President of the Republic of Cuba Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez, and the Prime Minister of the Republic of Cuba Manuel Marrero Cruz on Monday.

Muizzu extended warm greetings and sincere good wishes to the Cuban president, PM, government, and people of Cuba on the glorious occasion of Cuba’s anniversary of the Revolution of 1959.

Also known as Liberation Day, the Triumph of the Revolution is celebrated on the 1st of January annually to commemorate the victory of the revolutionaries led by Fidel Castro.
