The land reclamation and shore protection project in Bodufolhudhoo island of Alif Alif atoll, has been mobilized.
The Maldives Transport and Contracting Company revealed this on Tuesday.
As such, providing the latest updates of the Bodufolhudhoo land reclamation and shore protection project, MTCC revealed that the project site was mobilized on July 8.
Under the scope of the project, MTCC is required to conduct reclamation operations of eight hectares.
The construction of a breakwater measuring 180 meters, a revetment measuring 1,052 meters and a 110-meter groyne also comes under the scope of the project.
The Bodufolhudhoo land reclamation and shore protection project is valued at MVR 74.12 million.
