The ‘Maldivian Patissier x Ell & Eves’ outlet at SME Hub, has been unveiled.
First Lady Fazna Ahmed inaugurated the ‘Maldivian Patissier x Ell & Eves’ outlet on Tuesday.
It was unveiled in line with the incumbent administration's initiatives to promote and strengthen micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs).
The newly launched outlet at SME Hub features a wide selection of pastries.
FL Fazna visited other stalls located within the SME Hub following the inauguration ceremony and engaged in conversations with the entrepreneurs.
She inquired them about their respective businesses.
‘Maldivian Patissier x Ell & Eves’ is operated by an acclaimed pastry chef and recipient of the Best Maldivian Pastry Chef award at the Food and Hospitality Asia Maldives (FHAM) 2022, Aminath Hameed.
She is collaborating with her sibling Soozan Hameed who is a pastry chef and the owner of Ell & Eves.
Under the leadership of President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih, the incumbent administration has consistently advocated for the growth and development of SMEs since the very beginning.
As such, the administration has undertaken various initiatives to support, strengthen, and foster these enterprises over the course of the past four years.
The administration remains resolute in progressing SMEs and enabling their continued development with an unwavering dedication to encouraging their progress.
The introduction of the pioneering SME Hub which serves as the inaugural shopping mall exclusively catering to MSMEs, mirrors the administration's steadfast commitment to enhancing opportunities for their expansion.
