BML announces winner of trip for UEFA Champions League final in Istanbul
BML issues Mastercard debit, credit and prepaid cards across the archipelago nation

The Bank of Maldives has announced the grand winner of its promotion for Mastercard holders, announced in April.
The country’s national bank announced on Monday, the winner of the promotion for its Mastercard cardholders to win an all-inclusive trip for two to watch the UEFA Champions League final in Istanbul, Turkey.
Huda Hussain Habeeb won the Istanbul trip.
Customers who used Mastercard for local and international transactions from April 12 to May 9 were eligible for the promotion.
Under the promotion, BML will include accommodation for three nights and four days, return tickets for two, tickets to the UEFA Champions Final match as well as pocket money and dedicated concierge services.
The country’s national bank also set terms and conditions for the promotion, including disallowing BML employees and their immediate family members from being eligible for the promotion.
Other terms note that each successful local and international transaction made using Mastercard debit and credit cards during the promotion period were eligible for the promotion and be automatically entered into a lucky draw.
The UEFA Champions League is officially sponsored by Mastercard of which BML is a principal member in the Maldives.
