The Governor of Maharashtra, Shri Bhaghat Singh Koshyari, hosted a special lunch in honour of President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih and his delegation
The special luncheon was held on Wednesday afternoon in Raj Bhavan, Mumbaii, India.
The Governor of Maharashtra welcomed President Solih and his delegation to Mumbai.
President's Office disclosed that the President and the Governor of Maharashtra spoke about an array of topics of mutual interest and discussed prospects for collaboration, during the luncheon.
President Solih travelled to Mumbai after visiting New Delhi and holding official high-level engagements with Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the Government of India.
The President also attended the Delhi edition of the India-Maldives Business Forum during his stay in New Delhi
The President is currently on a four-day official visit to India on an invitation by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. A high-level Maldivian delegation and Maldivian Business Leaders are accompanying the President on this visit.
