The session was hosted at the Central Auditorium of the Maldives National University

The government has completed the third session of the "Executive Enhancement and Enrichment Programme (EEEP) 2021-2023.”

The session was hosted at the Central Auditorium of the Maldives National University (MNU) by the Public Service Training Unit of the President’s Office jointly with the Civil Service Training Institute (CSTI) on Wednesday.

Themed around "Staying positive”, the session saw information dispersed on the value of positive thinking in communication, leadership, and teamwork, uncovering best practices to maintain stakeholder relations.

The session was facilitated by Ibrahim 'Bandu’ Saleem, who is a veteran and experienced public servant.

The session was joined by more than 300 executive-level officials from government offices, institutions, independent institutions and state-owned enterprises.

President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih launched the Executive Enhancement and Enrichment Programme on 27 December 2021.

Speaking at the inauguration ceremony the president noted that the programme will greatly assist in the administration’s efforts to reform, improve and deliver public services.

The two-year programme intends to enhance the skills and capabilities of political and executive staff in management positions in the civil service and was initiated jointly by the Public Service Training Unit of the President’s Office and CSTI.
