An officer of the Maldives National Defense Force (MNDF) has died while training in neighboring India.
MNDF revealed that the military officer died while actively training in the programme carried out in India’s National Defense Academy.
Authorities are currently working to transfer the body of the deceased to Maldives.
MNDF is yet to publicize biodata of the deceased, and cited the family having revealed they need time.
