The country’s national airline, Maldivian has introduced an exciting package to Bangkok in commemoration of the new year.

Maldivian made the reveal via Twitter on Friday, writing that the packages are available from 23 December to 10 January and the return fare starts at USD 319 or MVR 4,919.

The airline has been launching similar such packages on several special occasions since its establishment.

Maldivian currently operates six scheduled flights to Bangkok, having begun the operations during 2015.

A lot of Maldivians travel out of the country for the year-end holidays, in light of which the airline offers affordable fares for flights to several countries.

Maldivian currently operates flights to several destinations including Thailand, India, Bangladesh as well as China. It operates flights to Trivandrum and Chennai in India as well. The company aims to begin operating more flights to a range of other exciting destinations in the near future as well.
