Two suspects have been arrested over the stabbing of a 17-year-old boy in Fuvahmulah City on Sunday.

The police service stated that two 22-year-old men were arrested over the assault.

The victim suffered injuries to his head and arms during the assault, and while he is currently hospitalized, his is reportedly in good health.

Witnesses said that the two men assaulted him as he was heading to a local guesthouse for work.
