Elections Commission releases final voter's list

The Elections Commission of the Maldives (ECM) has released the final voter’s list for the upcoming parliamentary elections, slated for April 6th.
The list is divided into constituencies and registered voters are named along with their national identification numbers and permanent addresses.
Only those who submitted complaints over the EC’s previous list can submit further complaints; the EC says they received 1,256 such complaints.
264,589 people are eligible to vote in April’s People’s Majlis election, 2,336 people more in comparison to the presidential elections held in 2018.
