A Maldivian man has been found dead inside a guesthouse in capital city Malé. 

Police have confirmed that the body of the 34-year-old was found at about 1:00am on Saturday. 

RaajjeMV understands that the man is native to Maradhoo of southernmost Addu City. 

While police say they are investigating the matter, the body of an individual reported missing was found at a house in Malé, in January.

Police have not revealed any information on the matter.
