VP Naseem wished the Ambassador success for his future endeavors

Vice President Faisal Naseem has expressed interest in promoting Maldives Tourism in Australia, during Ambassador of Australia to the Republic of Maldives, Bryce Hutchesson’s farewell call on the Vice President on Wednesday afternoon.

While the farewell call took place at the President’s Office, Ambassador Hutchesson had also paid a farewell call on President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih earlier.

The President’s Office had revealed that, conveying gratitude and appreciation for the continued support and services provided to Maldives during the Ambassador’s term in office, VP Naseem had expressed interest in promoting the Maldives tourism sector in Australia.

Shedding light on the consistent support provided by the government of Australia to Maldives in the education sector, VP Naseem had also emphasized the strong relations shared between both countries, going on to reinstate confidence and hope that both countries will continue working together on issues of mutual concern to further strengthen ties that have existed over the years.

While the call ended with VP Naseem wishing the Ambassador success in all his future endeavors, Ambassador Hutchesson had assured his commitment to continue working closely with Maldives in further strengthening bilateral relations between both countries.
