Civil Court in recess from Saturday

Civil Court is to go into a 20-day recess from Saturday.
According to the judge’s council, the Court will be in recess from December 1 – 20.
During the recess period, Civil Court will not oversee cases and will only focus on administrative tasks. It will also continue to accept cases during the period. Urgent cases such as issuing temporary orders, will be carried out during the time period as well.
Civil Court goes into recess twice a year; first 10 days in June and first 20 in December.
