Maldives Customs Service has seized a hefty amount of physical cash belonging to different countries, that were being taken out of the country.
Customs revealed that they had seized a hefty amount of cash consisting of notes from different countries, on the 04th of November from three individuals en route to Singapore. The three individuals were of Indian nationality.
It has however not been revealed to which countries the notes belong to. RaajjeMV understands that the cash, along with the three individuals have been handed over to the Maldives Police Service for further investigation.
Customs Service had not revealed how much the cash amount to either.
