Maldives military to run 10km in commemoration of 126th anniversary
Participation has been opened to the public
Applications have been opened from the 9th to 15th April
The ‘126 run’ has three categories; separate five and 10 kilometer runs and a five-kilometer group event

Officers of the Maldives National Defence Force (MNDF) are to make a 10 and five kilometer runs in commemoration of the institution’s 126th anniversary.

The MNDF said that the ‘126 Run’ will be held in southernmost Addu City on April 21st, at 16:00 and participation in it has been opened to the public.

Applications have been opened from the 9th to 15th April and forms are available from the fire station in Hithadhoo and the Coast Guard post in Gan.

The ‘126 Run’ has three categories; individual five and 10 kilometer runs and a five-kilometer group event.

MNDF will be selecting male and female winners for the first, second, and third positions in the five and 10 kilometer runs.
