A ministerial-level ceremony has been held to inaugurate a digital clock donated by a private party at the Hulhumale' Synthetic Track.

Amidst growing public criticism of President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu’s administration for failing to adequately progress development projects as the government approaches the midpoint of its term, a new digital clock, donated by a private party, has been installed for use at the Hulhumalé Synthetic Running Track.

In a post on X regarding the event, the Youth Ministry stated that the installation of this clock will provide significant convenience for athletes and the general public to keep track of time during training sessions, exercise, and various sporting activities.

Click Maldives has donated the clock, following a similar contribution by the company last August, when they gifted a digital clock to the Male' Synthetic Track.

Minister of Youth Empowerment, Information and Arts Ibrahim Waheed, along with senior officials from the Ministry, attended the ceremony held to install the digital clock.

Minister of Youth, Abdulla Rafiu, expressed his gratitude to Click Maldives during a ceremony held on July 25, acknowledging the company's significant and valuable contributions.
