FL graces ceremony held to commemorate the 20th anniversary of Mianz College
Speaking at the ceremony marking the 20th anniversary of MI College, First Lady Sajidha Mohamed commended the institution for achieving significant milestones within a short period. Emphasizing education as a vital tool for human development, she urged students to remain steadfast in their faith, loyal to the nation, and grounded in strong moral values. The event featured the presentation of awards to long-serving employees in recognition of their dedication, alongside the official launch of the college’s anthem.

First Lady Sajidha Mohamed has officiated the ceremony held to commemorate the 20th anniversary of Mianz College.
At a ceremony held at Imaduddin School, she presented commemorative plaques to staff members of MI College in recognition of their dedicated service exceeding 15 years.
In her remarks at tonight's ceremony, she highlighted Mianz College as an institution that has achieved rapid success in a short period. She further stated that the entire state takes pride in the college's role in laying the foundation for a well-educated and disciplined new generation at a national level.
Describing development as a transformation of the individual and education as the primary tool for that growth, the First Lady reminded the audience that a well-educated person is defined by their strong moral character. Continuing her remarks, she urged students to become proud Maldivian citizens who are steadfast in their faith, loyal to their nation, and diligent in their professional endeavors.
During tonight's ceremony, Mianz College presented a commemorative gift to the First Lady. The token of appreciation was presented on behalf of the college by its Founder and Chairman, Ahmed Mottaki.
Furthermore, tonight's ceremony featured the announcement of the Mianz College Student Association Executive Committee and the official launch of the college's anthem. The event also included a special presentation of commemorative plaques to honor long-serving staff members who have dedicated more than five and ten years of service to Mianz College.
The ceremony held to mark the 20th anniversary of Mianz College was attended by senior government officials, foreign diplomats, and the college’s leadership, staff, and students.
