One pilgrim remains hospitalized while all other pilgrims have now gathered at the plains of Arafat
The Maldives Hajj Corporation has confirmed that all Maldivian pilgrims are in good health, including efforts to transport a pilgrim currently receiving treatment at a Mina hospital to Arafat for the rituals. The Corporation noted that arrangements for pilgrims in Arafat have been significantly improved compared to last year, while the Saudi Mutawwif group has further assured that all necessary services will be fully provided to the Maldivian contingent.

Islamic Minister Dr. Mohamed Shaheem Ali Saeed has announced that all Maldivian pilgrims, with the exception of one individual, have arrived at the plains of Arafat.
Briefing the media, the Minister stated that only one pilgrim is currently admitted and receiving treatment at a hospital in Mina. The Minister assured that the pilgrim will be transported to Arafat and noted that assistants from the Hajj Corporation are present to provide necessary support. The Minister further confirmed that all arrangements are proceeding smoothly and that the overall well-being of the pilgrims remains good.
The Maldives Hajj Corporation stated that significant efforts have been made to enhance the arrangements for Maldivian pilgrims at Arafat, ensuring superior facilities compared to the previous year.
Rawaf Mina, the Saudi Mutawwif firm responsible for providing services to Maldivian pilgrims, has also stated that comprehensive arrangements will be in place for them.
The Maldivian pilgrims departed for the Hajj pilgrimage on the 15th, 17th, 18th, and 19th of this month, with all arrangements meticulously organized. Upon their arrival in Mecca, all pilgrims were accorded a warm welcome.
