According to Bank of Maldives (BML), this agreement was signed to support the Corporate Run organized by WeRUN Maldives. The event aims to foster a spirit of collaboration while promoting healthy lifestyles among companies, institutions, and non-governmental organizations.
Under this partnership, the Bank will provide support to WeRUN Maldives to organize and promote this event over the next two years. The inaugural run organized by WeRUN Maldives is scheduled to take place later this year.
This event is a relay race specifically designed for companies, institutions, and non-governmental organizations operating in the Maldives. Each team consists of five runners, with each participant required to run a distance of one kilometer. The race combines sporting competitiveness with corporate values, offering a unique opportunity to strengthen team spirit and promote a healthy lifestyle.
