President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu has departed on a two-day official visit to southernmost Addu City, and Fuvahmulah City.
According to the President’s Office, the visit will include meetings with the Fuvahmulah and Addu City Councils, as well as the respective Women’s Development Committees (WDCs), to discuss local development priorities and address community needs.
The president is also scheduled to meet with residents to assess living conditions and hear their concerns firsthand.
During the trip, Muizzu will travel across Fuvahmulah and several districts of Addu City, including Hithadhoo, Maradhoo, Maradhoo-Feydhoo, Feydhoo, Hulhudhoo, and Meedhoo.
The president is being accompanied by a delegation comprising cabinet ministers and senior officials from key government institutions.
